Mission
We train and support pastors to plant, revitalize, and resource churches in Appalachia through ministry training, residency, and job placement.
While notably beautiful land, mountain people are often overlooked or looked down upon. But we know God loves every person, and He has a plan to glorify Himself in their lives.
Goals
Appalachia is home to over 26 million residents in 423 counties across 13 states.
Our goal is to plant, replant, or revitalize a life-giving church in every county throughout Appalachia.
01. Revival
Waves of revival once spread throughout these mountains. Our prayer is God will bring revival from the mountain tops to the obscure hollows!
02. salvation
No one is too far from the love of God, and the good news of salvation must be preached and lived here!
03. freedom
Spiritual bondage includes alcoholism, drug use, and domestic abuse, which needs breakthrough in the name of Jesus!
04. raising leaders
We want men and women to be trained and sent for kingdom work, locally and globally!

Our Story
At the base of the Shenandoah National Park, multiple rural church leaders of different backgrounds came together to unite in the Great Commission. Out of that heart of unity and revitalization, two churches were replanted and others were beginning to sprout. Since its conception, ACN has trained, encouraged and resourced pastors throughout Appalachia using God’s Word and community.
